The Order and delivery form

There is no minimum amount to place an order on the WEB.

Price and Availability

All prices proposed in this WEBSITE are limited to Spanish territory, are indicated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Promotional offers are only valid for online orders during the period of validity of the offer and are conditioned to the available stocks.

The products offered on the website are available. However, because of seasonality or difficulty in supplying some raw materials, there are items that may suffer specific supply problems. Returns

Due to the nature of the merchandise, prepared and vacuum packed food, the return of open products will not be accepted.  No returns are accepted when dealing with fresh or perishable products so once the firm order is not allowed return.

Taking into account the possible developments of the WEB, the OKELA reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present general conditions of sale. The new general conditions of sale will be accessible by the client through the web and will be applied only in sales after the modification.

Responsibility

The products offered comply with the Spanish legislation in force. OKELA not be responsible for the lack of delivery of the order due to the lack of availability of products, causes of force majeure, accidental case, strikes either of the entity itself, sectoral or general or those promoted by workers of the postal services and Transport and/or communications.
